Also the most request. It is not very convenient to work without a dark mode, the eyes are very tired. It is unfortunate that the author does not want to meet many requests and make this functionality available. Maybe if we collect several hundred identical wishes, the author will still go to the meeting?

I have recieved such request before but I don't think I will ever implement that.
I don't have much time and I prefer maintaining this app in a working state as long as possible.
Dark mode is not essential.

There is no option to change that. It is really a log or history with links.
You can use "Events" or WebControl to pass all data to some external app if you want to store more informations about uploads.

At the moment i read in log file:

1) timestamp
2) hoster
3) url
4) filename

i don't see any option to add to this file also the single file size that can be useful for further checkings
