Gofile Regional Upload Endpoints

I've tested Gofile's web portal and the File & Image Uploader on the same file and got ~130MB/s on the webportal vs 10MB/s on the uploader. Did a traceback and it seems the uploader is uploading to an endpoint that isn't local to me. Providing users this option would be very beneficial.

I will add another option - gofile.io[APi]
