download links automatically shortened
« on: 26-04-2020, 05:00:50 »
Hi,

Is there any way that I won't have the download links automatically shortened?

Just shorten them here, by pressing RUN.

And it's disabled.

I don't understand.
Either you use automatic link shortener, or take your links and manually make short links in Link Protector.

I'll explain:

I have a defined profile for uploading files, set up as you saw in the screenshot above. When I use that profile, and it finishes uploading the files, I go to the panel below to copy the ORIGINAL download URL, but it doesn't copy it, copy is the shortened bit.ly URL, and that's not what I need.

In order to copy the ORIGINAL download URL, I would have to open the window of: Link protector.

Sorry if it's confusing. I just want to be able to go to the panel below where I see the direct download links, and copy the ORIGINAL download URL. And if I want to shorten some link, then I will enter the option of: Link protector. But this is not working.

Have you allowed Link shortener for all files?

You can copy shortened link from the links area in the bottom.
You can copy original link from the green line in the queue.

This was the setup. If you do not want the links to be shortened automatically, do not select this option. The word automatic would be more descriptive. :)

Thank you for your assistance. Solved.
