You probably won't notice any difference between mode 1 and 2. That is for case when it does not work correctly.
Delay is an option that my program waits few seconds to make sure that the file is accessible (eg. when you copy or compress the file)

Program will add the file but upload will fail as it won't be able to open it.
It depends what you do with the file (some programs lock the file, other don't and my program will be able to read it)

i set delay time = 0, and when i copy a big file to monitor folder, program add the file and show processing but the speed is 0,
the remain time show 11 seconds, down to 0, and show 15 seconds again, it down to 0.
at that time, the speed show > 0, and file was uploaded.

Question: is your program has default wait time ( first 11s, second 15s ...) if can not open the file or not connect to host
if yes, how to change it.
if no, why the remain time must down to 0 to start uploading

thank you

If you set delay to 0 and program can't open it to upload, it waits and tries again with some own delay.
You can't change it. Program waits a while to see if it can upload it.

You should probably set a delay, then the file is ready and program can upload it immediately.

yes, i set the delay (10s) for copy 500MB file, but program still have wait time.
I think it is not [file can not open error],
is there other error that program will wait and try again?

no idea, send a bug report via right click (when the upload is finished or just stop the upload)
