ERROR 216

Hi zoom , thanks for the great tool but when i lunch the fileuploader this message appears


in my windows server account but in my pc it's working fine
knowing that it was working fine but when i updated it this message appeared  :-\

I have no idea what happens. Try to delete whole program and download it again.
What system do you use?

I'm using windows server 2008 r2
i've tried this solution i found

it didn't work and i've also deleted the whole program and downloaded the latest update
i did everything and still   :-\

run the program, close it and send me the exe file,
do you have antivirus in your computer?

thanks zoom i contacted my admin on server and took the pass for a while
and the only anti virus + any protection software ran was Ad Aware
it turn out the problem was from a file named sprotector.dll
and it hijacked the computer and it won't turn off
