How disable the download link function when file upload finished? X

When file upload finished z-o-o-m got the download links and showing in FILES.
Seems useful but my country firewall blocked the download links.
If you try access the download links . You got blocked immediately. All files were failed at some time.

I want to know how can i disable the download link function?
If file upload finished, z-o-o-m won't get the download links. just show finished and done.

It's very important and I don't need this function.

link shows after upload or that site is blocked?
