parallel upload count bug OK

hey have version 6.1.6 are the problem that can be set on my seedbox Wine by only 1 paraleler upload.
on my windows 7 64bit, I can adjust 8th

"up to 1" means "from 1 to 8"

if you donate, you will be able to upload 100

I have this version and i dont have Parallel uploads    up to 8.Also i have upload limit 50 kb/s.Why u creat this free verson?It it useless...
