How to make a preselection for hosts OK

Is it possible when we upload the same file to several hosts each time, to have a preselection of the hosts we use usually.
Because each time I upload something with z-o-o-m I have tio select all the host I want

yes, you can set hosting profile (in settings),
and then when you choose servers, just right click the field
