Problem with Unicode

Seem your awesome program got problem with unicode filename or unicode description.
Original file name: Slumdog Millionaire - Triệu Phú Ổ Chuột , when i uploaded it to youtube, it became: Slumdog Millionaire - Tri?u Ph� ? Chu?t  :((
Original description: Đời quấ bẩu , when uploaded to megaupload.com, it became: D?i qu? b?u :((
Please check it out and fix it.
