I Can't use the program please help me OK

yes, don't be a fool , and right click the program and do the following:





it's weird anyway, since windows 7x64 has a section where it can install programs that run on 32bits.
I have windows 7 x32 and it works fine.

I have Win7 x64 too and it is NOT necessary to do that! My app is fully compatible with Win7 (I hope)

1) tell me what antivirus and firewall do you have installed
2) run my app, try to upload anything, then press the (?) button and try to send a report ... if it is not possible, send me Error LOG data

I knew it was weird, You must be doing something wrong, uninstall the program and reinstall it. I have the feeling you too tired to type because you don't even say what's the exact error your getting?
