it is usually server issue, check uploading from web sometimes ...
you can try to increase timeout in settings

It was working fine and when I updated it it start uploading with lightening speed which I dont have and always uploads end up failed, when the program is running it slows my laptop to the point other programs crashes (pentium dual core 3gb ram 2.00 ghz). Is there a way of undoing the updates or get the previous version.
the site is fine no issues with web upload.

"super speed" is caused by antivirus,
do you have NOD/ESS or KIS or AVG?

Everything working fine. Cleared everything then restarted My laptop and re-added the files again. :)
