please, use proper english, no shortcuts ...

yes, you need registered version for wupload ... overview is in my program Menu -> File Hostings

4 example , when i upload directly from wupload , i can find the uploaded files in my account, but after i used the multi uploader i couldnt find them in my account.
but if its  as u said there r some servers need registered v. can u plz tell me wt r they !!

I don't understand what you mean ... if you want to use your account, then yes - for some servers you need registered version
