If uploads are made by ftp, it is practically always fast. (We can choose ftp server to use). Possible to integrate to z-o-o-m ? perhaps it's difficult next to get links back.

file sonic  speed is low but when i stop download and reupload it , in some time , speed going up form 500kb to +10mb fix it
