I usually do not need any screenshot or video for this. I will check why it failed and I will reply you with an email.

I've got the same problem. I tried to upload a file with 990 MB two times and at the end the upload failed, error: download link not found!

When I try to upload big files with my Premium account Filesonic I always get error. Recently Filesonic permits to upload such big files, ¿could you please tell me if you need to do changes in Fileup to make it work?
