you can right click the failed file and report a problem, this will provide me more info ... I can't just guess what the problem is ;)

Hello,

First of all, thank you for a great program! it's be superb.  When I introduced this program to my friend, she liked it a lot, but she said after 3..4 hours of uploading, it starts getting upload error and she had to re upload again. Is it common or it's her machine? Thanks!
