Point of this request is that for ex. there are few Fileserve servers that can upload with 60kb/s speeds, and If I am not there to watch, it can take hours to upload file.
So, automatic restart if certain speed is not reached or dropped for certain time, would be a good option, so I can stop using X-NetStat to ban those slow servers from the list all the time.

try count in settings restarts, if it fails ;)

restart when downloadspeed is too low? eah sounds like good, and restart upload automatically when upload is fail

... upload speed is less than NNN Kb/s - not an emergency but something I'd like to have, although maybe there were another conditions for restarting requested before
