I usually do not need any screenshot or video for this. I will check why it failed and I will reply you with an email.

I have no idea, maybe you run some programs which can cause it ... corrupted file ...

I choose the files which I want to upload and when I click check button to start uploading the program close. It doesn't keeps premium accounts either. It doesn't create .log file. Please help!
