as I already said ;)

I won't remove this button because
- there would be empty place
- it would make no benefit when removed, it has no effect on functionality or productivity now, it doesn't slow down
- people don't look into menu very often

I know I have already asked this in an email, but I think that this should perhaps
be one of the benefits of donating is to be able to "turn off" or "disable" the Donate
button on the top right of the program. All the images of the program that are on the
website do not show this button so I thought it would disappear once I donated.
There are 2 other links in the program if someone wanted to donate again, I think it
would be a nice benefit as well as keeping the GUI looking sleek and uncluttered.
