Super easy. The only limitation is you need to create a bot and add the bot as administrator. It will be possible to post on telegram channels using iframe or xmlhttprequest. Pm me for solution.

I ask if you could add a plugin to upload to Telegram that is now a very big file host solution.
I know that is atypical and that you have no plan to do so but if you want, I can pay you separately for this plugin.
