No idea. Sometimes something in Windows blocks connection, it has to be firewall. Usually, when you start program from a new directory with clean settings, it works normally again.

strange, i just moved the entire folder to another location and it started working. what could cause that?

I'm having trouble uploading, when I try it just stays at "Ready" with the 3 little dots in the corner not disappearing, I can't send a report from the uploader either. Have I been banned from uploading? or is it something else?
