Uploading is not like downloading. It is not possible to pause it.
You can decrease upload speed by settings max speed.

Uploading to few sites supports resumable uploads, eg. Google Drive (you can find it in the File Hostings overview in my program).
You can stop it and then continue.

Is there a way to pause uploads in progress? A lot of times I find myself needing to pause an upload. And as far as I'm aware, there isn't a way to do that. Unless of course I'm just completely missing it.
