you don't have to verify your account everytime. My program saves settings. Isn't that enough?

Can zoom have an option to be a program with some installation wizard? Instead of it being an .exe? Because some file hosts (openload) need to verify code through email and if im gonna have to do that every time i run the program using the .exe i will explode so can this be a program?? please
