It was already mentioned is some other topic. I will not add any such feature.
It is not guaranteed that the file is correctly uploaded. The file could be deleted in case when it is actually not stored on the server.

If you want, you can use event and run your own script to delete file after upload is finished

I think there is a good idea to add a "Delete files from disk after upload" button in to a upload profiles settings to get more customisables profiles options
