That window is opened in a Internet Explorer window, that depends on your system.
You can also try the other methods - copy link and open it in your browser.

I've tried to add a Google Drive Account, but when I cliick in Internal Browser to confirm the page not display, like something blocking FU, I've disable Antivirus, Firewall, but nothing, my Windows is Server 2016, what woud be?
