I usually do not need any screenshot or video for this. I will check why it failed and I will reply you with an email.

It depends what happens.

When you close program, is all settings saved? When you open program is it there?

Please why when my RDP restarts or shuts filuploader I have to put my logins and pass Webhosts again !

it is there's a solution ?
