I tried some other sites also like easy-share , uploading.com or storage.to but problem is same upload speed only 70-80 kbps

FTP works other way than normal "web upload". THat's the fact. There is no solution for this, sometimes the servers are going fast and you can upload via "web upload" about 1.5MB/s per file and it'll give you link to every file you've uploaded. Sometimes netloadis overloaded so you can upload just very slow and even in that fact it won't give you dl link! :)

I m Registered user of software

but when i m try to upload some files to netload.in or any other site it upload very slowly 56-100 kbps but when i m try to upload with ftp it upload with 900kbps / 5 files at same time ?

isn't it smell something wrong

let me know Z-o-o-m what's the problem :)
