I usually do not need any screenshot or video for this. I will check why it failed and I will reply you with an email.

are you sure that you tried to upload from the web and it works for many uploads?
if not, try their webupload ... it is not very likely that it is a problem in my program

I'm still not able too upload and it's been 12th apr. for many hours. I wonder what's going on, hope it will be fixed soon.

Hi, i have a problem to upload to jumbofiles.com... when the upload finish automatically it gets an error.
2 days ago it happen.
I have made a report with right click..
