I can see 800kB/s and 400kB/s from your reports,
are you sure that you didn't use "set maximal upload speed" option? :)

Why is it like this?
It fixed when I do redownload the zoom application then run.. After making some uploads it backs to that situation.. It's annoying that I have to redownload and run the application everytime that this problem occurs. Please fix.
