I usually do not need any screenshot or video for this. I will check why it failed and I will reply you with an email.

enough to right click red line and report failed upload from program

it might be
- banned file
- blocked ip
- file is larger than 2GB

I am not the developer but this might help you

it happen to me once, and it seem my ip got blocked by rapidshare  >:D
I suggest you to open rs web page or upload manually to rapidshare, if you can't it might be your ip address got blocked
tried to contact RS, they will let you know if your ip got banned

for me, RS said that I used server, so they banned my ip   >:(
i hope it didn't happen to you too
