I usually do not need any screenshot or video for this. I will check why it failed and I will reply you with an email.

Yeah, you're right. it's not the zoom uploader. This happened yesterday only with Jumbofiles. So I think it's just jumbofiles server problem

you have to right click and report any such broken upload from program ...

I don't think it is a problem in my app, it is just not possible

I have 30 files in the upload queue, most of them got uploaded with no issues. Some however got uploaded with a much smaller file size. I had to delete those.

Example: 480MB file size but only 19MB got uploaded & listed as completed
