I usually do not need any screenshot or video for this. I will check why it failed and I will reply you with an email.

you need registered version to be able to use own account, it is not in the freeware one

Uploads perfectly in zoom. But is not uploaded in user's acc! Account in z-o-o-m is correct (green) and verified and set to YES. Uploads and gives link. But when checked in rapidgator>MyFiles, not uploaded to account.
