If you want to report a problem with any failed upload, right click such red line in the program and send bug report from program.
I usually do not need any screenshot or video for this. I will check why it failed and I will reply you with an email.

Hi,

there is a big issue with uploadhero.com

1 - sometimes the upload doesn't start, it blocks on 0% I have to click on abort/reupload one or several times in order to begin

2- and more IMPORTANTLY when upload status is turned to "Done" you have 50% chance to have the following link : http://uploadhero.com/dl/

a download link is supposed to be http://uploadhero.com/dl/xxxxxxx and instead I got http://uploadhero.com/dl/ only, so this have to be fixed. When the link is http://uploadhero.com/dl/ the status has to be error and not done.

I think you imagine how painful it is to find wich links are OK when half of "Done" ones are http://uploadhero.com/dl/
