Yesterday on the fly spliting has worked but now doest work?

I realized when use xp work but in windows 2003 server doesnt work?

And than i add file but doesnt splite

I just have tried I dont know how but worked. But I added 9 gb but splited total 756 mb

I don't have such problem :D

EDIT: When you add files, click on the "quick settings" down there and check if splitting is checked
