Upload all at one time

hello i have sellect to upload file on 10 mirrors
but when it upload it only upload to 2 servers then another 2 etc
can i upload all at one time ?
my connection fast

yes it upload one host then another host
some times upload to 2 host in one time
i need to upload to 10 hosts in the same time not one then another one
it's allowed ?
