I don't see any difference but I will add "1fichier.com[NoSSL]" option to disable SSL.

But at what maximum speed is it possible for you to upload the files in 1fichier
Because I have 300 megs of upload speed
And I can only upload it to 3 or 5 Mb / s

And sometimes does not rise more than 1 Mb / s

Instead on other servers
Uptobox, uploaded, zippyshare, etc ...

With my connection I upload the files to more than 10 or 20 MB / s

So I deduce that the problem is not my connection
I suppose the problem will be 1Fichier or the program File & Image

Disabling windows firewall
Router firewall disabled
But the problem persists

I did not say SSL is not that problem. It just does not have any effect on my computer.
You should be able to find out when uploading from browser - upload the same file with SSL and without and measure speed or time (or use eg. DU Meter) to compare it.
