Unable to add account of sockshare.com

Hello,
I am unable to upload and add account of sockshare.com in zoom uploader. i am using latest version 6.7.3 also i have placed the dll files. But still i am facing this problem. please help me ASAP

Sir dll are added. I am able to upload rapidgator and others, but sockshare account is not added

It works on my computer. Press "check account", then send bug report from program

Sir when i add host, name and password and click on add/edit it just working on it... no green or red link... its black and waiting sign rotating on left bottom corner all the times... some times it turns to red

I'm having the same problem with sockshare.com, I've done every as asked dll are added and checked account and it still showing as black and not green.
