Settings

I've been using your program for a while now to upload files to putlocker.com and I never had much of a problem.  Occasionally I would have to reup a file that failed to upload but those were few and far between.  Recently I reformatted and reloaded my system.  Then I re-downloaded the program and put my registration info in to activate my registered copy and began uploading another batch of files to my putlocker account.  It seems to be running fine but every few files I get one out of the 2 active uploads speed slow way down to only 1 or 2 kb/sec.  I left the settings stay as they were when I first opened the program and havent changed them.  Are there setting changes I can make to fix this problem like increasing the buffer size< or changing some other setting?

This is probably server issue and my program can't influence this.
My program uploads as fast as possible, one of their servers is probably broken.

Eventually the slower file will fail to upload and the next file in the que will begin to upload and it will upload at a much normal speed.

Would a server issue on their site cause only certain upload files to slow down like that while not slowing the speed of others?

Edit: It seems to be happening to one particular file right now as I type this.  I had previously aborted that file upload and the speed returned to normal for the other uploads.  But as soon as I clicked to reup that other file it slowed way back down again while the other active upload had its speed increase.
