problem with file uploads

here and did about 10 days I have a problem with uploading files.
specifically.
Upload files to these site.

http://uploaded.net

http://www.easybytez.com

push from server with 1 Gbps connection
while the first upload with pretty good speed averaged 30 MB
kana 10 -15 days now raises no more than 1-2 MB.

you have to right click and report it from program
