Best Config to upload in netload OK

Hi guys, I need some help, I try to upload a lot of time in netload with FIU, but one and one time only errors upload freeze and not response. How are the best config to upload in netload? I have a dedicated server with 1gb of conecction, and I put 4 files at the same time but not have good results

you need DLLs from my homepage, also check Error LOG in the first menu ... if none of these helps, right click red line and send bug report from program

but I try again (or two or three times) and the file upload fine

what DLLs and where put the sames?

that is netload message and netload issue,
you should just have DLLs extracted in the same folder

i have the same problem, and get same error on rapigator too and i use the DLL files...
there is any way to fix this.??
