Now when i looked @ the settnings i cant see it.
Can you take a print screen and show?

Cause i only see remove finished uploads ( which removes it only from the program / in progress list )

yes, that is the only settings - remove file from the list,
there is no function that would delete file from the disk because there is a chance that upload can be broken and it would delete file which you might need in future
