Gazup Not working properly

Gazup is not working properly. Even though my file has been uploaded sucessfully, it doesn't show up in my gazup account nor I can get a download link. This is what the download link in the program:

Can you please fix this. Thank you so much for your program and generosity

gazup site is broken, they do not work
