I have exactly the same problem, the files are uploaded to your account, you can see if you visit your profile @ putlocker, but program always show "Error" message and the links never appear in the program.

OMG, 4 days with the same problem and without notice from the staff... its seems like the developers dont give support to the users.

I am quite busy recently ... it seems they don't like my app as you (all users) upload too much with my app :(

the program is perfect, ignore the troll who can not appreciate their work. Understandably, the work must have with so many servers. Work with peace of mind. there is no hurry.
