I lose the settings every time i start the program

Is there a way to keep the settings after you close file uploader?
i don't like installing the program every single time that i'm going to use it.

I will appreciate any help. i just want the program not to be portable.

my program saves settings automatically,
send a bug report from program if there is a problem
