DepositFiles Account Not Validating

Trying to add DepositFiles account to FileHosts, username is a-z 0-9 and so is password...yet the account refuses to confirm.
i've tried username/pass, email/pass , changing password to just letters just numbers, nothings working  :'(

any suggestions?

well, I really don't know ... try to login from web first, they have captcha there sometimes

From i donate key to this day, at least 2 months. With a hundred times to adding depositfiles account with z-o-o-m a least, but impossible to add, always said no. I don't know how to solve this problem when admin said no too +_+.

Login by web is ok without captcha.
