it looks like mirrorcreator.com doesnt work anymore in FU, because they changed whole script and made new portal, also notice that they offer account registration, maybe FU could support it?!

it uploads to defaultly selected mirrors, so yes, there are 4 now

in the registered version you can use your account and then you can set default servers
