Can't add depositfiles account

i can't add this kind of account, it always said "no" althought the user and pass are correct. Please give me the solution  :( :( :(.

do you use a-Z0-9 only in your name and password?

yeah i just use a - z in username and combine a -z 0 -9 in password. I don't no why i add so many times, but it still "no".

try to login from web, logout and then login from program ... maybe there is captcha or such if it is blocked
