can't start upload

Hi I just downloaded the last version of File Uploader 6.0.7 I add files to it but it dosn't start upload
I tried older versions the same problem too
it's the first use on my new PC so I didn't take over the daily limit and I press start upload many times too
but didn't work
what's the solve?
