Probleme to use a registred key

I have a version  before  registering  your  software  and I have a valid key but even when  I did an update to the software became  freeware  I  enter  the  key  to activate it but when I became  registred  the  firm  and  I  open  it  back  again  freeware. find  me  a  software  solution  is  not adjusted properly I think there is a problem  with  the new update I can unable to use my  registration  key

send a bug report from inside of my app and add key name

yes is not to me but I have payed it with an friend and I use it with him
