Issues with FileServe?

I am able to upload my files to my accounts on HotFile.com, FileSonic.com and Uploaded.to but for some reason FileServe doesn't work. What is going on here?

hotfile, fileserve and some other account support is not allowed in the freeware version
there is file hostings overview in my app ...

After donating, uploading to FileServe on v5.7.1 worked fine. Now that I updated to v5.7.2 uploading to FileServe doesn't work anymore, it says: "Error: Download link not found!" and the file doesn't appear on my FileServe account either. What's wrong?
