Link errors

Im using a windows 2003 dedicated server, i have many of these, it runs fine on my 2008 server, but i keep getting this error whenever i upload any file over like 3-5mb
(Download link not found!)

ive tried different files diff hosts etc
my settings:


also heres a speed test of that server, i hope u can reccomend me some settings :) <3

(it can reach up to about 18mb/s upload

i got the exactly same error as in pic 1
this stay in error log   23-10-2010 10:26:52 UP: Send(1) (ReadTimeout:Read timed out.) (rapidshare.com)
but in my speed it says 222961,4 kb/s
